There is a new free MLS tool (in the sidebar on the bottom titled smart links) - the link is Announce My listing

When you log into MLS and click on the smart link it takes you to a landing page where your listings are listed. By clicking on the listing AML creates a minisite for the seller who is then emailed a link . The seller puts the link on their facebook and other social media through the tool and then their listing is spread virally through FB and other social media sites. Check it out!
