The purpose of the MOST COOPERATIVE REALTOR® OF THE YEAR AWARD is to give honor and recognition to the REALTOR® who has been the most cooperative and who has contributed the most towards raising the professional standards within the Local Board, State and National Associations, and the community in which the person resides. Qualities to be considered:

COOPERATION - with fellow REALTORS®
Board activities, cross-showings, professional image, etc.

ETHICS - High regard for our Professional Ethics;
faithfulness to principles of organized real estate,
laws and regulations of the Board and National Association,
and the REALTORS® Code of Ethics;
and efforts to encourage good real estate practice
among other real estate brokers and associates.

GOOD STANDING - Must be a REALTOR® in good standing.

FULL-TIME - Should be a full time REALTOR® (major occupation)

Nomination is to be someone outside of your own company, exemplifying the REALTOR® Spirit between Edmond Board members.

Previous year's winner may not be selected the following year.
