Lifetime Achievement Award to Brad Reeser.

2008 Officers and Directors installed were (L-R)
Chip Chipman, Jerry Payne, Ryan Litz, Gordon Wynn, Patricia Ayling, Carl MacGillivray, Toni Cox and Brad Reeser. Carry-over directors not pictured are Ron Ackerman, Jerry McBride and
Joe Pryor.

Steve Reeser and Fred Ferrell served as Master of Ceremonies for the evening. They did an outstanding job!

Dennis Nevius, 2007 President of OAR, served as the Installing Officer. Brad Reeser is presented with the gavel and President's pin by outgoing President, Connie Hamilton.

The Board of Directors presented an "Affiliate of the Year"
award for the first time, and the recipient was
Laurie Matthews with Lawyers Title.

Ryan Litz, the 2006 recipient of the "Most Cooperative REALTOR® Award" presented the award to this year's recipient, Toni Cox.

The REALTOR® of the Year Award was presented to Tonya Coffman. Making the presentation was  Fred Ferrell, the 2003 REALTOR® of the Year.
