With today’s economy pinching your business, You may be feeling more stress than ever. Take advantage of the contagious and beneficial nature of laughter! Discover the secrets that unleash laughter without jokes, and give yourself the power to transform your outlook!

The June membership luncheon will feature Tyler Slater. Tyler is on a mission to lift the spirits of as many people as he can reach as a Laughter Coach and Laughter Yoga Teacher.

“I’ve always enjoyed making people laugh. My problem is that I’m no comedian. I had no way to consistently make people laugh. The first time I tried Laughter Yoga, I quickly realized how easy it is to spread laughter. Everyone is already only a breath or two from laughing. It’s just a matter of convincing them to laugh.”

In the summer of 2006, Tyler taught a Beginner’s Yoga class at his local YMCA, but longed to get certified in a more advanced style of yoga. When a fellow teacher introduced him to the topic of Laughter Yoga, Tyler began researching it online and was thrilled with the depth and scientific backup he discovered. He signed up for a Laughter Yoga Teacher Training in Paris, France. He came back laughing and immediately started Oklahoma’s first Laughter Yoga Club in Chickasha. The next year, the club moved to Oklahoma City, where it still meets weekly. He regularly presents Laughter Sessions and Seminars to businesses, churches and retirement homes, and at various public events.

Tyler brings a youthful, vibrant energy to all his presentations. He’s also trained in hypnosis, visualization, and yogic stretching and breathing. He incorporates these into his Laughter Yoga technique.

“Too many people in the world are stressed out—and the stress is slowly killing them. After years of searching, I found that Laughter Yoga is the fastest, healthiest and most effective way to relieve stress. Everyone should set aside time to laugh every day.”

Make plans to join us for the June membership luncheon at Oak Tree Country Club on WEDNESDAY, June 2nd, 11:30am.

Please note:  Due to the holiday weekend, the June luncheon will be held on WEDNESDAY, instead of the usual Tuesday meeting.
