Once you have signed in with your NAR password, just follow the links for paying dues online.
Payment is due by January 31, and will be considered late on February 1, at which time a $25 late payment fee will be charged. OAR will charge an addition 10% late fee on February 15. Any membership not paid in full before March 1, will be subject to termination.
