Industry leaders will share the planning, mindset shifts, systems, and leadership skills required before you ever recruit your first agent. From defining your ideal agent and building culture, to understanding liability, accountability, and the realities of supporting others, this session dives into the lessons they wish they’d known earlier. Attendees will walk away with a clearer understanding of whether team or brokerage ownership is the right move—and how to build it intentionally, sustainably, and with the right people in place.
