President: Shanna Garrett
- How long have you been a REALTOR®?
- 2026 will be my 10th year in Real Estate (and my 40th bday year 😭)
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- I love the community we have and the drive to bring value.
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- My favorite committee has been the auction. I have loved chairing it the last couple of years and to see how it's grown.
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- I love to shoot archery. Not something I have had a lot of time for as of late. At one point I was ranked 13th in the world in compound indoor competition.

- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- How long have you been a REALTOR®?
- 21 Years
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- The culture of lifting each other up and making things better for our community and industry.
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- I love ELOT and ELOT Accelerate. It’s so amazing to see how it’s impacted our board over the years and see new and younger realtors “getting” what the importance of the board.
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- Not sure it’s surprising… but I’m a singer and have shows around town most every weekend.

- 2013
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- The Collaborations, the genuine relationships from all brokerages, the events, and the level of education they offer for free!
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- RPAC, Habitat for Humanity and the EBR Auction
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- Most people don't know I have moved a dozen times, thanks to the AF, but I have lived the longest in Oklahoma.
Treasurer: Stacey Quinton
- How long have you been a REALTOR®?
- August 2019
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- Working, learning from, and celebrating awesome REALTORS® from all brokerages, helping membership, and working hard to help our citizen's homeowner rights.
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- My favorite committee is the Education committee as my mantra is never stop learning! I love SO many events but truly enjoy our annual Habitat build.
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- I love playing cards and board games with friends & family. I love Ticket to Ride - Around the World, but my newest favorite is Mahjong!!!

- How long have you been a REALTOR®?
- 22 years.
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- I love the Edmond Board because it keeps me connected, involved, and growing—while giving me opportunities to serve the community
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- Planning and executing RPAC fundraising/awareness events. Most recently, the Stickhorse Derby!
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- I used to perm my hair in the 80's for more volume!
Director: Sydney Highfield
- How long have you been a REALTOR®?
- I’ve been a REALTOR® for almost 4 years, but I always say I’ve been in the industry for 8. Before getting my license, I worked as a Transaction Coordinator for large brokerages and high-producing teams, which gave me a deep understanding of the process long before stepping into sales.
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- With everything happening in the real estate world right now, there are a lot of loud conversations about what it means to be a REALTOR®. What makes me proud to be part of EBR is seeing that designation treated with honor, advocacy, and respect.
- Our board is passionate—not only about elevating our industry but about strengthening our community and supporting every member. It’s clear that EBR wants its REALTORS® to succeed beyond just selling homes. They care about professional growth, leadership development, and helping agents make a meaningful impact.
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- The Membership Committee is always a blast! We have a great dynamic, and it’s been so rewarding to connect with agents interested in joining EBR and share what makes this board so special. But my all-time favorite will always be the Auction Committee. That event has my heart: the planning, the creativity, the energy… it’s such a fun and impactful project to be part of.
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- I’m a huge book nerd. Fantasy, mysteries, nonfiction pretty much anything, except no cheesy romance novels for me haha! And if you’ve read the Throne of Glass series or anything in the SJM-verse, we definitely need to be friends.

- How long have you been a REALTOR®?
- 5 years.
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- I love being part of EBR because it gives me a strong community of power partners and Realtors that I truly get to do life with. The free education, the ability to stay up to date on industry changes, and the opportunity to talk through any obstacles together make it an incredibly supportive and valuable network
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- Golf Committee!
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- I am learning to needlepoint.

- 27 years
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- It's a wonderful extremely cohesive board to belong, and the staff is fabulous!
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- That's a toss-up between RPAC and the Banquet Committee
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
- I played Danny Glover's court reporter in John Grisham's The Rainmaker

- What’s your current role on the board?
- State Director, Government Affairs, RPAC Chair, Nominating & Awards Committees
- What do you love most about being part of EBR?
- EBR is the best board in the entire country. I love everything about it and am proud of what leadership has been able to build. ELOT and UPN have made a critical impact on our Leaders of Tomorrow.
- What’s been your favorite committee to serve on, or a project/event you’ve really enjoyed being part of?
- Government Affairs is my favorite committee. Every event is recommended, The Power Partner and Affiliate Luncheon especially.
- Just for fun – what’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
